"Butter" Dahi Vada

How quick and easy can a stomach filling recipe be?

Here’s an acute example!!!! Okay….so ready??  

Get, set and go__________________________

Take some 100 gms of jeera butter (biscuits that we usually have with tea) and dip it in water for soaking for hardly 2-3 mins(don’t let it become too soggy).  

Mix some curd (as much as you want to put over the soaked biscuits now) with a little sugar. Remove the soaked butter (which will taste like Vada) and press those between your palms to remove all the excess water. Place them on a dish, pour the curd over it. Add a pinch of salt and red chilli powder and if you like, some chaat masala. Your butter dahi vadas are instantly prepared to satiate your hunger.

In India, the word 'curd' is frequently used to mean yoghurt. (Yoghurt is made from a variety of milks but the term "curd" usually applies to fermented and thickened buffalo milk.)

Curd is one of the easiest remedies for treating dandruff. Simply rub curd into your hair and scalp and leave on for half an hour. Then wash and dry the hair.

Curd renders the complexion fair and lustrous. It is a mild laxative but, in case of diarrhoea and dysentery, it is a boon, if used with rice.
